Are you looking for something to improve your BoPoMoFo (aka. zhuyin 注音) learning experience?

We designed this set of BoPoMoFo flashcards with a series of images inspired from foods, landmarks, animals, and some distinctive cultural activities in Taiwan, such as Taiwanese chicken nuggets (鹹酥雞), sky lanterns releasing (放天燈), a leopard cat (石虎), Tatala (拼板舟) and more. You can use it as a conversation starter to expand kids' BoPoMoFo learning with more cultural knowledge.

It is also a great tool to assist kids' pre-writing skill development.

All BoPoMoFo symbol cards are designed with stroke order and writing directions to develop their character recognition. Kids can also colour their own flashcards, making their learning more fun and memorable!

* This list is a new design with the updated printing instructions, released on 10 November 2022. We redesigned the cutting line to help the user of the printer without automatic two-sided printing. We replaced the dashed line with the crop mark on the page to minimize the cutting lines to appear on the page. All cutting marks should be able to line up correctly when printing flashcards on 2 slides of the sheet. If your printer doesn't support automatic 2-sided printing, please place the paper in the exact same location when flipping the paper manually. Please follow the instructions for printing and feel free to contact us if you have any issues. We are happy to assist you to get a good result.

The downloads are PDF files (document size: A4). You can use a PDF reader or web browser to open and print them. If you need to print on A3, Letter, or any other sizes, you can follow the printing dialogue of your system to scale up or down to any available media size of your printer. The printing quality may vary depending on your monitor, devices, and printer.
